I. Freedom, immunity, privilege.

 

    a. Freedom as opposed to servitude or   subjection. Obs.

    b. Moral freedom. Obs.

2. a. A legal immunity or exemption from a particular burden or exaction, or from the jurisdiction of a particular tribunal, granted     to an individual, a corporation, an order of  persons, etc.
      

   b. In wider sense: A privilege or excep- tional right granted by the sovereign power to  any person or body of persons.
      

   c. Marine Insurance. A percentage below which the underwriter incurs no responsibility.
      

   d. The authorization granted an individ- ual or group by a company to sell its products or services in a particular area. Hence name="1"fran-    chisee, name="2"franchiser, name="3"franchisor.

    And on that note…

 

    The other day I had the pleasure of a phone chat with Kirsten, the new Accounts Manager for CDS Institute.  She related to me the results thus far achieved in the membership drive and shared with me the variety of feedback being received.

 

She then raised to me the question of my own membership status.

 

     I was caught off guard at first but then it occurred to me; so much has happened in the last year that I sometimes forget I do not own the Bio Cranial trademark anymore, nor do I own the company. While the website clearly has me listed as a consultant for CDS, many who have come to know me over the years might be left in a quandary as to what they are signing onto under the new stewardship CDS Institute, LLC has accepted in the endeavor to bring the Bio Cranial™ System to all who seek to benefit from its vitalistic potential.

 

     As one approaches the refined edges of his journey on the planet, he tends to take stock in what he has accomplished and what he wants to pass on.  You know the old saying, of course, if you truly love something, you set it free.  The Bio Cranial™ System is an intellectual property, whose care and financial security is now vested in a foundation.  The exclusive rights to market the system are granted under security agreement to CDS Institute, LLC. The body of trustees empowered to steward the dissemination of the teaching, through the management of CDS Institute, LLC, is the Board of Regents. 

 

     I am excited to further learn that CDS and the Board of Regents have established a long desired certification program that is scheduled for implementation this Spring. This is another of several necessary steps taken to assure the security and quality of the Bio Cranial System™, as well as to protect its dissemination, study, and use thereof such that the benefits are enjoyed by every human on the planet that seeks a healthier and happier journey enjoying this miracle we all call life.  As such, naturally, I signed up to get my own membership current and sent in my signed renewal and franchise agreement.  You may view them on the website at …
